Paranormal Events: “TAPS Boot Camp!”
Ok guys so you know I am not posting this to make any money. I actually volenteering at these Events. This said have I have to tell you not only is it a very informative great class, its GREAT fun! Both Syd Schultz (From West Coast TAPS) and Britt Griffith (Paranormal investigator from the SyFy cable hit Ghost hunters) take you through a step by step course that teaches you everything from creating your own paranormal group, to how to effectively run an entire investigation. Everything is looked at including some of the top equipment needed to the proper forms to use to check out potential clients! Your going to learn all you need to know! I have heard nothing but praise about all the events which I worked and personally enjoyed! Once the class is finished then take all that knowlege and join in your own investigation of the local in which the event is held! Most classes Start between 2/3pm and do not end until1/2 am!

The annual Mysteries of the Universe Conference always attracts people interested in the
unexplained. The event is scheduled for July 18 and 19, 2009 in Kansas City, Missouri
at the Intrigue Park Place Hotel. The conference is the largest of its type held in the area
and is back by popular demand.

The Mysteries of the Universe Conference is co-sponsored by Quest Investigation Group
and Missouri MUFON. Conference director Margie Kay said that Internationally known
researchers will present scientific evidence for the existence of UFOs and other strange
phenomena, which people are eager to hear more about.
Lecturers include Kathleen Marden, niece of famous UFO abductees Betty and Barney
Hill and co-author of “CAPTURED! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience”; Stan
Romanek, author of the New York Times bestselling book “Messages,” and guest on
Larry King Live, Coast-to-Coast AM and 20/20 will discuss his UFO experiences, the
scientific study of his case, and show real video and photos of UFOs and aliens; Ted
Phillips, engineer and physical and trace evidence researcher, will talk about the famous
and very strange Marley Woods in Missouri; Heidi Hollis, guest on Coast-to-Coast, Jeff
Rense, and collaborator with Stephen Spielburg on “Taken,“ author of “The Secret War:
The Heavens Speak of the Battle,” will speak about Shadow People and their agenda;
Todd Sheets, host of the popular “Nightwatch” Radio Show, will discuss his haunting
investigations; and Dr. Jack Kasher, regional director of MUFON and professor emeritus
of physics and astronomy at the University of Omaha will lecture on the Strange Case of
Alana Andrews. Other speakers to be announced.
A vendor trade show accompanies the event, and authors will sign books.
Registrations are recommended in advance. The cost is $59 by June 20, and $70 after
June 20 or at the door. Advance Registrations are recommended. Special hotel rates are

MiamitownParanormal Convention

The Miami Historical Society of Whitewater Township and Miamitown Ghost Tours will come together to bring the paranormal community into Cincinnati! Ghost tour founders, Michael and Jeff Morris, will be hosting the first ever paranormal convention in Miamitown, Ohio on October 10, 2009.
This convention will offer each guest the opportunity to speak with many of the well known figures in the paranormal community, including but not limited to:
• James A. Willis: the co-author of Weird Ohio (2005) and Weird Indiana (2008) and was also a contributing author to Weird US (2004), Weird Hauntings (2006), Weird US: The ODDyssey Continues (2008), and Weird, Scary and Unusual (2008). Additionally, he is the founder of the paranormal research team Ghosts Of Ohio. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, a Queen-loving parrot, and three narcoleptic cats.
• Jeff Craig: the creator and mastermind behind the Hidden Ohio Map and Guide. He currently is a member of James A. Willis’ paranormal research group Ghosts of Ohio and resides in Blue Ash, Ohio. Aside from his map Jeff is a freelance cartographer with Celtic Maps.
• Paranormal Outreach Radio: Mike, Matt, and Christel host Paranormal Outreach Radio every Wednesday night at 9:30pm on www.asprn.com. On October 10th they will be broadcasting from the Miami Historical Society live! Mike, Matt, and Christel are also members of the Northern Kentucky Paranormal Society.
• Cincinnati Area Paranormal Existence Research: CAPER has been researching the paranormal for 5 years and has become one of the largest Cincinnati paranormal groups. Meet the members and hear about their past 30+ years of combined paranormal experience including their travels around the world!
• Rayne: a Medium and Tarot reader and works with Paravizons as well. Rayne will be offering readings and information for everyone interested!
• Miamitown Ghost Tours: tour founders and authors will present their new book Haunted Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio. Michael and Jeff Morris have been working in the paranormal community for about 4 years and began touring Miamitown in December of 2006.

Three popular paranormal based radio shows are joining forces to champion a new Internet based radio network. The Internet based radio programs Ghostly Talk, Parahub Radio and The Ghost Divas Live will soon call The Supernatural Radio Network home. The network will run these shows as well as a mix of light rock music.
